Our Story
Service by Scott was founded in 1981 as a one-man plumbing operation built on hard work, integrity, and a strong commitment to serving the community. Through dependable service and honest craftsmanship, Scott established a respected reputation throughout Tyler County and the surrounding areas.
In 2016, Scott sold the business to his son, Brandon, who began working as an apprentice at just sixteen years old. Having learned the trade from the ground up, Brandon stepped into ownership with a deep understanding of both the technical expertise and the values that built the company’s foundation. As owner, Brandon places a strong focus on serving customers well and delivering meaningful value through quality workmanship and dependable service.
Today, Service by Scott has grown from a one-man operation into a dedicated team of professional plumbers proudly serving the community. Now an upgraded, premium plumbing company, the business has expanded while its mission remains unchanged: delivering reliable plumbing services with greater efficiency, rooted in integrity, expertise, and a genuine commitment to those they serve.
How We Work
