I would give this company 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Can't say enough good things about the quality of their service. They offered us a same-day appointment and a same-day fix, they were on time and they set reasonable windows for service calls. They took the time to explain to us what was wrong with our water heater and even showed us in the process and gave us solid tips on how to maintain the new one to help expand its life expectancy. Chayton Lemley is definitely the guy you want working on your home from start to finish. He and his crew did a stellar job. Any future jobs that pop up, I will definitely be going with Service By Scott and asking for Chayton again. Thanks again, guys, for the awesome work you do.

Add On: For some reason, it will only let you review once even for multiple services, but I did want to add that I love the work this company did so much the first time around I had them come back and replace the water heater that is running the other half of my house. I had Tyler McFadden come out this time around and provide amazing service as well. I can see that everyone in this company has absolutely amazing work ethic. Same-day service, same-day fix, they even went out of their way to make sure I had a solution that best fit my situation, got signed up to save a little more money with them, and had my issue completely resolved same day within about an hour or so. Reasonably Priced
They showed as scheduled and promptly snaked my toilet. The job was completed within about 15 minutes. This business has done several jobs here, from replacing and installing a water heater, replacing two outside faucets, and replacing my toilet a couple of years ago as mine had a cracked tank. I always call Service By Scott's. Reasonably priced also.

Neal and Samuel went above and beyond!
Wow. We only ever use Service by Scott, and today was a GREAT reminder of why! It was a comedy of errors for me to get this log set yesterday, so you can imagine my disappointment, frustration, and utter exasperation when Neal and Samuel (the technicians) hooked it up, and it didn’t work! Luckily, again, because we use Service by Scott, I now have a working gas fireplace! Neal and Samuel went above and beyond! They happened to have to go to Beaumont for another job, and while they were there, they picked up the replacement set I ordered over the phone and brought it back here and installed it within an hour! They were so professional and enjoyable to have working in our home! Great conversation AND great service!

I suspected that the water feed line leading up to my house had cracked and was leaking since there was an unexplained puddle next to my house. A couple of hours after calling Service by Scott, they had a plumber at my house, Anthony. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 90 minutes or so. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome of his work.

This company was really great. I had a leak from a mouse chewing through a pipe on a Friday. The man on the phone, Kyle, was super pleasant, professional, and also available. I called three times, and he was responsive and informative. The two technicians they sent, Tyler and Chayton, were very professional, efficient, and also open to discussing my questions. Just good people. They seemed to have a truck full of everything they needed and called me to confirm they were on the way. I’d like to add that I called two other local companies and did not receive the level of communication this company provided.
